Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Felicite Clothing offers refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@feliciteclothing.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Refund Timeframe: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including sale items, graphically printed t-shirts, any kind of printed items, and personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will issue a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@feliciteclothing.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item and offer a replacement or refund.
